Returns and Refunds Policy

How to Return an Item

Prepare the product for shipment. Remember, it is essential that the product is in the same condition as you received it: not damaged, unused, and in the original packaging. If the product is returned opened, damaged or used, it may result in a penalty on the refund.

Follow the instructions provided by our customer service to ship the product to the address that will be indicated to you.

European Returns Regulation

In accordance with European returns regulation, you have the right to return any product purchased within 14 days of receipt. Please note that shipping costs for the return of the product are to be paid by the customer, unless you have received a defective or incorrect product.

We also remind you that the refundable amount will be calculated taking into account the price paid for the product and any applicable penalties. A full or partial refund will be provided, depending on the conditions of the returned product.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

We wish to clarify that, regardless of whether or not you paid shipping costs at the time of purchase, the round trip shipping costs for the return of the product are to be paid by the buyer. This means that, in calculating the refund amount, the shipping costs we incurred to send you the item will be subtracted.

In the event that you have received a defective or incorrect product, the round trip shipping costs will be borne by us.

Please note that the refund will be made only after the returned product has been received and checked by our team.

Regarding electrical and electronic materials, such as bilge pumps, please note that these products are carefully tested before shipping to ensure they are fully functional. For this reason, it is not possible to return such items, as we cannot determine if any malfunctions have been caused by improper use after delivery.
